We're sorry to see that you're not satisfied with your De'Longhi product. You may return your product in good condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To initiate a return, please complete the below form and carefully follow the return instructions to be provided to you via email. If you are returning more than one item, please complete a separate form for each item. We recommend returning your package using a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return package. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
